At Home Base, we believe that when on Family Member serves, the entire Family serves. Resilient Family, developed by Home Base in collaboration with the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital, is a six-session series of free courses designed to reduce the impact of stress on Military Families and Families of the Fallen through a variety of mind-body techniques as well as skill-building exercises scientifically shown to improve medical symptoms, mood and well-being.
If you’d like us to offer an in-person or virtual resilience workshop outside of the listed dates, please complete a registration form indicating your interest and we will reach out to you.
