At Home Base, we believe that when on Family Member serves, the entire Family serves. Resilient Family, developed by Home Base in collaboration with the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital, is a six-session series of free courses designed to reduce the impact of stress on Military Families and Families of the Fallen through a variety of mind-body techniques as well as skill-building exercises scientifically shown to improve medical symptoms, mood and well-being. Resilient Family is for adults ages 18 and up. For family members under the age of 18, please see our Resilient Youth course.
If you’d like us to offer an in-person or virtual resilience workshop outside of the listed dates, please complete a registration form indicating your interest and we will reach out to you.
