Any Family Member of a Veteran or Service Member seeking help with stress or anger management, regardless of discharge status or era of service.
What is Resilient Family?
At Home Base, we believe that when one Family Member serves, the entire Family serves. Recognizing that deployment and reintegration affects Families across three generations, our clinical care is available to spouses and partners; dependent children; parents; siblings; and close friends of Veterans and Service Members, even when the Veteran or Service Member is not themself in treatment.
Resilient Family, developed by Home Base in collaboration with the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital (BHI), is a series of free courses designed to reduce the impact of stress on Military Families through a variety of mind-body techniques as well as skill-building exercises scientifically shown to improve medical symptoms, mood and well-being.
