Native American Care

Home Base addresses the unique needs of Native American Veterans, Service Members, Military Families and Families of the Fallen to help heal their invisible wounds of war at no cost to them.

Helping Military-Connected Native Americans Heal

Native Americans serve in the United States Armed Forces at higher rates than any other ethnic group. Yet, the unique needs of Native American Veterans, Service Members and their Families facing challenges with geography, infrastructure and access to specialty care make it exponentially more difficult for those impacted by the invisible wounds.

Native American Veterans, Service Members and their Families are eligible for all Home Base programming and have the option to attend programs specifically tailored for them. To connect to care, click the button below.
