The Warrior Health and Fitness program is dedicated to helping Veterans, Service Members and their Families achieve their health and wellness goals.

The Warrior Health and Fitness (WHF) program is dedicated to helping Veterans, Service Members and their Families achieve their health and wellness goals through evidence-based exercise prescriptions, nutrition guidance, mindset coaching and social connections. The ultimate goal of WHF is to empower Warriors and their family members to take control of their physical wellbeing, provide tools to help manage stress and provide a portal for more complex care for the treatment of the invisible wounds of war.

WHF is currently offered in three regions:

  • New England
  • Florida
  • Arizona

Locations

The New England WHF program is offered in Boston at the Home Base National Center of Excellence.

The Florida WHF program is offered in Fort Myers and Tampa in partnership with Florida Gulf Coast University and Tampa General Hospital, respectively.

The Arizona WHF program is offered in Phoenix in partnership with Arizona State University.
