Emergency Care

If you or a family member is in crisis or facing an emergency, do not use the Connect With Care email. Go to the nearest emergency room or call the Veterans Crisis Line at 1-800-273-TALK(8255).

Home Base Texas heals the invisible wounds for Veterans, Service Members and their Families through world-class, clinical partnership. Mental health services for the treatment of the invisible wounds of war, such as post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety and depression are available in person in Houston and via in-state telehealth.

Our clinical program offers a multidisciplinary approach to care. Our clinical partner receives extensive training in evidence-based therapies and military culture by Home Base’s clinical experts from the leading psychiatry department in the nation at Mass General. Addressing what is often a barrier to care, clinical services are provided at no cost to participants connecting to care through Home Base Texas.
