Expanding Access to Outpatient Care in Arizona

HonorHealth Now Providing Telehealth Services for Arizona Veterans

Since beginning outpatient services in partnership with HonorHealth, Home Base Arizona has already had the privilege of serving Veterans and military family members seeking support for concerns such as post-traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, and sleep difficulties.

Several patients have also transitioned to telehealth appointments, making it easier for them to continue receiving care without the added challenges of travel. This flexibility is an important step toward making specialized behavioral and mental health services more accessible to Arizona’s military community.

Who Is Eligible?

As with all Home Base clinical programs, outpatient services are provided at no cost to eligible participants. Services are available to service members, Veterans, and family members age 18 and older, regardless of branch or era of service, deployment history, discharge status, or activation status. National Guard and Reserve members are welcome and encouraged to participate.

We know that reaching out for support can be a significant step, and our team is here to make the process as simple as possible. To learn more about Home Base Arizona’s outpatient services or determine eligibility, contact Dana West, Clinical Outreach Manager, at (480) 328-5145 or dwest8@mgb.org.
