Adventure Series: Ice Skating at the Warrior Ice Arena

This is your chance to skate on the same ice where center Patrice Bergeron, left wing Brad Marchand, defenseman Charlie McAvoy, and right wing David Pastrnak perfect their moves. In this Adventure Series, experience the super-smooth ice of Warrior Ice Arena, the practice and training facility of the Boston Bruins. The 200′ x 85′ arena complex also hosts college, high school, youth and amateur level hockey with seating for over 500 spectators. Warrior Ice Arena features concession stands serving healthy food options and there are vending machines. Ice time and skate rentals are generously provided for free by NB Development Group.

The event will be on Saturday, February 25th from 11:00 am-12:20 pm at Warrior Ice Arena at 90 Guest St., Brighton, MA 02135. Children over 2 years of age are welcome to skate, though any age can attend. The smallest skates are size 8 toddler skates and the largest are adult size 15, though you are welcome to bring your own skates. If your own skates need a check-up, skate sharpening is $10. The arena is wheelchair accessible. Street parking is free for 2 hours on the streets surrounding the arena. The parking garage for 80-90 Guest Street charges a flat $15 rate for Saturdays. The closest train stop is the Boston Landing Station on the Commuter Rail, a 5-minute walk from the arena; the Warren Street Station on the Green Line (B) is an 18-minute walk from the arena. Tickets are limited for this event and Home Base will likely run a lottery. Register by Wednesday, February 15th, at 5 pm for a chance to attend!
