Shubham Rajiwade is a Data Analyst Co-op at Home Base and is currently pursuing his M.S. in Engineering Management at Northeastern University, where he is developing advanced skills in data-driven decision-making and analytics through courses such as Computation and Visualization for Analytics, Project Management, Digital Product Design and Management, and Probability and Statistics. He is passionate about transforming complex datasets into actionable insights to support meaningful outcomes.

Prior to joining Home Base, Shubham worked at Deloitte and Tata Consultancy Services in India, focusing on Salesforce CRM and analytics projects aimed at improving data quality, reporting, and process efficiency. He partnered with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into insights, enabling more efficient processes and clearer decision-making.

At Home Base, Shubham contributes to data analysis and reporting efforts that help teams understand programs, operations, and outcomes more clearly. He chose this role to apply his data and analytics expertise in a mission-driven environment.

Outside of work, Shubham enjoys exploring new places, trying different foods, and going on hiking adventures. These interests fuel his curiosity and help him approach problems creatively.
