Paule brings a strong background in patient care and wellness to her role as a Patient Service Coordinator II at Home Base. She previously worked as a Patient Access Specialist (PAS) at Salem Hospital, where she gained experience supporting patients in fast-paced clinical environments while ensuring efficient coordination and compassionate service. In addition to her clinical experience, Paule is a trained massage therapist, with a focus on promoting physical healing and overall well-being. Her education and hands-on training have equipped her with the skills to provide thoughtful, client-centered care across both medical and wellness settings. Paule is known for her ability to build trust with patients and create a welcoming, supportive environment.
