Tricia joined Home Base in June 2025 with over 25 years experience in finance at Mass General Brigham. She spent most of her time as the finance director for Mass General Psychiatry and most recently as director of finance and personnel operations for AMC Psychiatry. Tricia earned her BS in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut, with a concentration in Health Systems Management, and her MBA from Curry College.

During her career at Mass General, she has been a supporter of Home Base and participates annually in the Run to Home Base.
