Melissa Turgeon is the Senior Administrative Director for Home Base. Since joining the team in February 2020, Melissa’s primary focus has been on overseeing administrative processes for the clinical administrative team, research and finance.

Prior to joining Home Base, Melissa served as Program Director for the McCance Center for Brain Health within the department of Neurology at Massachusetts General Hospital. Before moving back home to MA, Melissa was the Director of Operations at Texas Health Aetna, held positions within Business Growth & Development and CME at Texas Health Resources, and was an English teacher and coach at schools in both Texas and Georgia.

Melissa received her BA in English from Providence College and her MS in Applied Technology and Process Improvement from the University of North Texas.
