Maureen Roderick

As the Director of Fundraising Events, “Moe” is responsible for overseeing signature events and community fundraisers on behalf of Home Base, including the Run to Home Base Boston, Run to Home Base Florida, Veterans Day Dinner, First Responder Home Base No Shave campaign, Push Up Challenge, golf tournaments, WCVB Helping Veterans Heal Televent, and other fundraising events and campaigns that raise funds for Home Base.

Maureen comes to Home Base after spending four years with Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) in Jacksonville, Florida where she helped managed 3-6,000 national fundraisers each year. Before joining WWP, Maureen spent three years with the Houston Astros/Astros Foundation, managing foundation events, player appearances, military programs, MLB Charity Ticket Program and events, kids club and community relations publications. Before the Astros, she worked for the Washington Redskins, Houston Texans, Pittsburgh Penguins, Houston Aeros (AHL) and WVU Athletics in Public Relations, Marketing and Community Relations.

Maureen is a West Virginia University graduate, proud military wife and husky mom.
