As the Chief Development Officer, Karianne is responsible for the planning, direction and management for all development activities related to Home Base. Working closely with the Development Office, Karianne is a key to marketing Home Base through events, corporate partnerships and other activities.
Karianne comes to Mass General from AMP Agency, Boston, where she served as the Vice President of Account Management. There, she was responsible for leading the experiential team from strategy through execution and measurement to create highly engaging and impactful brand experiences across entire client portfolio, including Maybelline New York, Bad Martha Beer, Food Bank NYC and Samsonite. Prior to the AMP Agency, Karianne worked as the Vice President of Marketing Services at TrinityOne Worldwide and in several positions at Arnold Worldwide.
Karianne holds a Bachelor of Science from the Syracuse University Newhouse School of Communications.
