Denise Studley

Denise Studley joined the Home Base Nursing Team in July 2023 as a psychiatric nurse practitioner.

Prior to joining Home Base, Denise has held various nursing positions at MGH, McLean and Mt. Auburn Hospitals, most of her career with a focus in psychiatry. She taught undergraduate nursing students at Endicott College psychiatric clinical nursing skills. After getting her APRN license in 2017, she worked on the Addiction Psychiatry Team at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center for five years. It was in that dual diagnosis role that she learned the balance of treating substance use disorders concurrently with mental health issues. She earned her BSN from UConn and her master’s degree from UMass Boston. She is honored to continue her career working with Veterans and their families in the Outpatient Clinc and on the Brain Health Team at Home Base.
