Deborah Todd
Deborah grew up in Southwest Florida and returned home after serving eight years in the United States Air Force. She began her military career in 2006 as an Aerospace Medicine Technician at Ellsworth Air Force Base in South Dakota, where she provided emergency medical services to base personnel.
She later continued her service at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland, where she played a key role in standing up a 100-bed Contingency Aeromedical Staging Facility to care for wounded service members returning from overseas. During her time in uniform, she also deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom as part of an Expeditionary Medical Support unit, delivering critical medical care to deployed personnel.
Before joining Home Base Florida, Deborah spent 16 years serving fellow veterans at the Naples VA Outpatient Clinic. There, she provided Telehealth services to veterans who needed access to specialty care in distant locations. She later transitioned into healthcare administration, overseeing and supporting Telehealth services for the San Francisco VA Health Care System.
A dedicated advocate for veterans, Deborah works to build strong connections between local veterans and community resources. Outside of her professional life, she stays busy with her two sons, who make her proud every day. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, baking, traveling, and playing golf.
