Charlotte Luckey

Charlotte Luckey first joined the Home Base team in 2014 as an Executive Assistant. After transitioning to the Communications team in 2017, Charlotte helped raise awareness about Home Base by expanding the organization’s digital footprint. In 2021, Charlotte accepted a position on Mass General Brigham’s Internal Communications team, while continuing to support Home Base’s mission by running the Marine Corps Marathon on behalf of the organization in 2022 and 2023. 

In 2026, Charlotte returned to Home Base, where she serves as the Communications Specialist for Home Base Florida. She is deeply passionate about amplifying Home Base’s vital work in support of the military community and is committed to helping reduce barriers to care for Veterans, Service Members, and their Families.

As the proud spouse of an active duty Naval Aviator, Charlotte brings a personal understanding of the sacrifices and unique experiences of military life. She and her family currently reside in California, where her husband is stationed, and previously lived in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Charlotte earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY.
