Cassie Lynch, MSW, LCSW 

Cassie Lynch is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) on the Special Operations Admissions Team for the Comprehensive Brain Health and Trauma Program (ComBHaT) and Intensive Clinical Program (ICP). Prior to Home Base, she worked at McLean Hospital’s inpatient Alcohol, Drug, and Addiction Treatment Program, where she conducted biopsychosocial assessments, developed individualized treatment plans, and supported patients with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions through detox, group therapy, and discharge planning. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from UMass Amherst and her MSW from Pennsylvania Western University. While in school, she gained experience providing individual and family therapy and worked as a social worker for the Department of Children and Families, conducting assessments and developing service and safety plans for children and families. Cassie is dedicated to supporting Veterans, Service Members, and their families through her work with the Home Base Team.
