As Assistant Director, Carolyn oversees the Race for Home Base Program. Since joining Home Base in 2018, she has grown the program from one race to eight national and international races in 2024. Carolyn is involved in several other Home Base signature events such as the Veterans Day Televent, Run to Home Base, and Veterans Day Dinner. She also manages the volunteer program working closely with corporate supporters seeking employee engagement opportunities. In addition to managing several events, Carolyn maintains a small portfolio of donors.

Prior to joining Home Base, Carolyn served as a Development Assistant at Community Rowing Inc., where she developed strategic fundraising campaigns to grow their donor base. Before Community Rowing Inc., Carolyn developed her event expertise over several years working for Cuisine Chez Vous. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Design and Corporate Communication from Bentley University in Waltham, MA.
