Quail Creek Country Club’s 4th Annual Salute to Veterans Golf Tournament and Concert
This year’s event was nothing short of spectacular as Quail Creek combined the thrill of a 9-hole scramble with a wonderful concert by the Big Cypress Band, creating a unique and unforgettable experience for participants. Golfers were treated to a feast for the senses, not only on the course but also with delectable delights from Mission BBQ Naples, Felipes, and the culinary expertise of the Quail Creek chef.
Additionally, Quail Creek invited 14 Home Base Florida Veterans to partake in the tournament, offering them the opportunity to enjoy a day of golf on their exquisite course. It’s moments like these that go beyond the fairways, providing our Veterans with a chance to connect, relax, and savor the camaraderie that events like these bring.
The generosity of Quail Creek and its community was further highlighted as the event raised a remarkable amount for local Veterans and their Families. This contribution will undoubtedly make a lasting impact, enabling Home Base Florida to continue its vital mission of providing free care, support, and resources to those who have bravely served our nation.
A special acknowledgment goes to General Ed Dyer, Senior Advisor of Home Base Florida, and Chair of the Home Base Florida Leadership Council, for leading the dedicated volunteer team at Quail Creek Country Club. Their tireless efforts, alongside the Quail Creek staff and the broader community, exemplify the spirit of compassion and gratitude that defines our partnership.
As we express our deepest gratitude, we eagerly anticipate the continued collaboration with Quail Creek Country Club. It is through such meaningful partnerships that Home Base Florida can extend its reach and make a positive difference in the lives of Veterans and their Families.
