PENTA CARES Golf Classic Supports Home Base Arizona

Home Base was honored to be selected as one of the beneficiaries of the 3rd Annual PENTA CARES Arizona Charity Golf Classic, hosted by The PENTA Building Group at Troon North Golf Club in Scottsdale.

Through the generosity of tournament participants, sponsors, and community partners, the event raised $40,000 in support of Home Base and Native Nations Sport, two organizations dedicated to strengthening Veterans, families, and Tribal communities throughout Arizona.

Funds received through the tournament will directly support Home Base Arizona’s Veteran care and wellness programs. Through our Behavioral Health Outpatient Program in partnership with HonorHealth, Home Base Arizona covers the cost of individualized treatment to help Veterans address military service-related trauma and concerns such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, and sleep disturbances. Treatment plans typically last six to nine months and are designed to reduce symptoms, improve daily functioning, and enhance overall quality of life.

The funding will also support our 90-day Warrior Health & Fitness Program, delivered in collaboration with the Arizona State University College of Health Solutions’ Military and Veterans Resilience and Health Collaborative. Participants receive individualized fitness and nutrition support, including one-hour training sessions with a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach two to three times per week and guidance from a registered dietitian.

We are deeply grateful to The PENTA Building Group and everyone who participated, sponsored a hole, or contributed to the event. Their partnership is making a tangible difference in the lives of Arizona Veterans and their families.
