Fitness WOD: Sagittal Plane Workout
Warriors! Welcome to the first workout of a series focusing on the 3 planes we move in. Join our Strength Coach from SWFL, Jaime Fernandez, who will be leading you in the first plane of the series or the Sagittal Plane. All of these movements are executed in the Sagittal plane and are all synergistic exercises. Synergistic exercises are compounded movements that focus on more than one muscle group. Execute each exercise for 4-6 rounds at 10-15 repetitions each.
