Fitness WOD: Follow Along Active Recovery Day I

Instructions:

Complete 2-4 rounds of the recovery circuit below with minimal rest time in between rounds. 1 round can be completed in about 5mins.

 

Recovery Circuit:

  • Deeps Squat Hold – 20s
  • Deep Squat Overhead Reach – 3x each arm
  • World’s Greatest Stretch – 3x each arm once each side
  • High Plank – 20s
  • Downward Dog Hold – 20s
  • High Plank – 20s
  • High/Low Cobra Stretch – 20s
  • Child’s Pose – 20s
  • Right and Left Side Child’s Pose – 20s or 2 deep breaths each side
  • Cat/Cow Stretch – 3x
