Ingredients:

3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Package Fast Rising Instant Yeast (1/4 Ounce)
1 Cup Water
2 Tbs. Olive Oil

Directions:

Combine yeast, 1 cup of the flour and salt in a bowl and set aside

Combine water and oil in a saucepan and heat until warm (120-130℉)

Combine liquid and dry ingredients together and mix for 2-3 minutes

Gradually add in the remaining flour (1/2 cup at a time) until a firm dough ball is formed

Knead the firm dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic

Let dough rest for 15-20 minutes

Divide dough ball in half (this recipe makes two 12 inch pizzas)

Press dough into a greased pizza round or similar oven-safe tray

You can sprinkle the pan with cornmeal (optional)

Poke crust with fork and prebake crust for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown on edges

Add sauce, toppings, and cheese.

Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the pizza reaches your desired crispiness.

Nutrition Tips:

Try using whole wheat flour in this recipe– Instead of using 3 cups all-purpose flour, use 2 cups all-purpose flour + 1 cup whole wheat flour.

To be mindful of portions, share your pizza with others or save some as leftovers.

Try to load the pizza with vegetables like peppers, onions, olives!
