Veterans and Miliary Families in Northwest Florida can now enjoy the bonding activities before, during and after a loved one’s deployment, provided through our Adventure Series. This Spring, nearly 50 Veterans and Military Families attended our very first Northwest Florida Adventure Series at the Pensacola Ice Flyers hockey game. It was Military Appreciation Night making it the perfect venue for an unforgettable night honoring those who served.

At Adventure Series events, Warriors, their families and Families of the Fallen have the opportunity to enjoy an exciting activity such as sporting events, bingo nights, pizza parties and boat rides and meet peers with shared experiences. These interactions provide opportunities for personal growth and development, as Veterans learn from each other and build lasting friendships. Involving families in these activities strengthens family ties and support systems. Home Base Florida collaborates with businesses, nonprofits and community organizations to host these free events.
