Watson Berreman

Watson is a strength and conditioning specialist from Berkeley, CA. He has worked with collegiate and professional sports programs such as University of California Berkeley, Saint Mary’s College of California, and Oakland Roots Soccer Club in the USL Championship. On the personal level, Watson found his passion for human performance as he has played semi-professional soccer for the past few years and enjoys weightlifting, running half marathons, and living an injury free life.

Before moving to Boston in August 2023, Watson was part of the H2F program at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Tacoma, WA. As a strength and conditioning specialist, Watson facilitated the design and implementation of strength and conditioning programs for an infantry battalion of 800 soldiers. Partnering with the H2F team, Watson was able to improve ACFT scores, reduce injuries, and educate soldiers on the best practices for a holistic approach to health and wellness. Additionally, he designed a running mechanics and progression program for a stryker brigade consisting of 5000 soldiers. By participating in ACFT tests, rucking, and attending drills, Watson was able to better understand the population he was working with and the value of what his expertise brought to improve the lives of active duty. It was in this environment that he developed his desire to make a positive impact on the people that put their lives on the line everyday.

Watson is currently pursuing his Master’s of Science in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology in Human Performance from University of Florida through a remote program.
