Terry Burke is a Clinical Social Work Intern at Home Base. She is currently in her final year of her master’s in social work program with a mental health specialization at Boston College. Terry is passionate about providing care and support to the service member and veteran community and will be working with and learning from the social work team in the Intensive Clinical Program. Terry will be performing case management, clinical intakes, and co-facilitating treatment groups. Prior to starting at Home Base, Terry worked at the Department of Mental Health in Boston as a Staff Investigator, providing support to, and advocating for the rights of patients. In 2019, Terry received her bachelor’s degree in psychology and a certificate in social work from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Terry is dedicated to working with the Home Base team to honor and support veterans, military service members, and their families.
