Sara Cully

Sara Cully PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT, is a clinician who splits time between Massachusetts General Hospital’s outpatient physical therapy department and the Home Base Program. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 2009 from the University of New Hampshire. She then went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from MGH Institute of Health Professionals in 2012. She is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. She has completed advanced vestibular training through the American Physical Therapy Association. Sara suffered from a number of concussions as a collegiate soccer player, and as a result of her own experience, has taken an interest in the rehabilitation of patients with concussions. She has expertise in cervicogenic contributions to visual vestibular symptoms and has spoken at events and conferences across the country on the topic of cervicogenic dizziness.
