Phebe Garver is the Care Coordinator for Brain Health. She has been with Home Base since October 2021. Before moving to Boston, she worked at UCLA Health, just across the hallway from the Operation Mend team.

The daughter of two Marine Corps veterans, her commitment to supporting veterans is lifelong. Phebe has a Bachelor of Art in English Literature, a Master’s in Communication, and an MBA. Outside of work, she loves working with any and all pets, reading, and playing video games.
