For over 25 years, Monica has worked with non-profit organizations to develop strategic philanthropic programs and campaigns, and works with donors to help them design meaningful and satisfying gifts to support their chosen missions.  Prior to serving Home Base and its supporters, Monica served as Vice President for Development at National Wildlife Federation and Senior Director of Individual and Planned Giving at Simmons College.  Monica holds a BA from Allegheny College.
