Mila joined Home Base in July 2024 as a Patient Services Coordinator. She grew up in Everett, MA and graduated from Everett High School. Before joining Home Base, she worked at Cambridge Health Alliance as a Medical Receptionist & Referral Coordinator, at the time working with a combination of Family, Pedi, Internal Med & Psych Depts. This experience allowed her to gain valuable insight into healthcare as she transitioned into a Patient Services Coordinator position at MGB at Assembly Row from 2018 to 2022. As a PSC Rep for the referral team, Mila handled all the incoming and outgoing insurance referrals and some prior authorization requests for all the MGB Practices & External Facilities. She is honored to join the Home Base team.
