Lydia Webb is a Clinical Social Work Intern at Home Base, currently enrolled in her final year of her Master’s in Social Work program through Salem State University. Lydia received her bachelor’s in social work from Southeast Missouri State University in 2024. Lydia previously served as an intern for the Missouri Vocational Rehabilitation, Cape Girardeau Office, assisting individuals with disabilities obtain and maintain employment. Lydia works with the Intensive Clinical Program (ICP) team to provide trauma-focused care with a lens of cultural humility. Her responsibilities include group facilitation, admissions and crisis management, case coordination with the interdisciplinary team, as well as family outreach and support. Lydia is passionate about her new role with Home Base in supporting the veteran community along with their families and is looking forward to incorporating cultural humility and trauma-focused care in her practice.
