Dr. Louis Chow, Ph.D, is the Senior Director of Partnerships and Training at Home Base.  He is a clinical psychologist and Lecturer at Harvard Medical School and specializes in the care of veterans with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Louis was recently appointed to serve on Massachusetts’ Veterans’ Home Council and is an advisor to the administration’s efforts to address Veterans Homelessness. In addition to his work in MA, Louis helps launch clinical programs for veterans in FL, TX, AZ as well as innovative programs to reach rural and underserved indigenous communities.  Since 2024, Louis has worked with Home Base leadership to develop partnership and consultation models to support international allies committed to caring for their veterans and family members.
