Keith served in the U.S Coast Guard on active duty from 2006-2010.  He was stationed in Newport, RI, Yorktown, VA, Boston, MA, and Bayonne, NJ. He served as a Boatswains Mate 3^rd class on 2 Coast Guard cutters. As First Lieutenant of Coast Guard Cutter Line in Bayonne NJ, he oversaw Rescue and Survival equipment, as well as training for the unit.  He was qualified as a Cutter Surface rescue swimmer and held that qualification for 3.5 years.  Prior to joining Home Base, Keith worked as a Police and security officer for Massachusetts General Hospital.
