Kaitlin Picard, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Kaitlin Picard, MSN, PMHNP-BC has been with Home Base since 2020, providing care to Veterans, Service Members, and Families of the Fallen in the Intensive Clinical Program and Brain Health Program. She received her B.S. from Tufts University and her B.S. and M.S. in Nursing from the MGH Institute of Health Professions. Kaitlin holds board certifications as a Psychiatric Mental-Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and a Certified Addictions Registered Nurse Advanced Practice (CARN-AP). Her clinical background includes experience as an RN in a methadone clinic and crisis stabilization unit, and as a psychiatric nurse practitioner in both outpatient and dual-diagnosis partial hospitalization settings. Since joining Home Base, Kaitlin has played an integral role in the Brain Health and ICP teams, providing psychopharmacology services, co-facilitating patient and family groups, and contributing to the development of the Dual-Recovery Track of the ICP and Native ICP. In her current role as Associate Director of Brain Health, Kaitlin oversees clinical care, staffing and program and policy development across Home Base’s Brain Health programming, working in close collaboration with the Director of National Clinical Programs.
