Julia Hackel is a clinical social worker and a graduate from Simmons School of Social Work. She started at the Home Base Intensive Clinical Program (ICP) providing case management services and co-leading groups. She is now providing individual therapy within the ICP and outpatient clinic. Julia’s interests include working with people who have experienced trauma, incorporating mindfulness into Western therapeutic approaches, and connecting to the whole person through a holistic approach to care. She enjoys dancing, nature, traveling, and spending time with her cat.
