As the Associate Director of Development, Jason is responsible for the planning, direction and management for the development activities related to Home Base of Southwest Florida. Working closely with the Development Office, Jason is key to marketing Home Base through events, corporate partnerships and other activities.

Jason served in two combat deployments in Iraq as tactical air control in 2^nd Battalion, 7^th Marines. Among 100+ combat missions, Jason served in the First Battle of Fallujah in 2004.  During his enlistment, Jason was also promoted the rank of Staff Sergeant. His awards and decorations include the Combat Action Ribbon, Iraqi Campaign Medal, Marine Corps Good Conduct Medal, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Certificate of Commendation, and Certificate of Appreciation.

Jason comes to Mass General from Evolve Technologies where he served as the Director of Sales. There, he was responsible for leading all sales and marketing efforts from strategy through execution.

Jason holds a Bachelors of Science from Florida Gulf Coast University.
