Felicia Pinckney, EMBA
Felicia works alongside colleagues to develop strategic partnerships and build new clinical capacity to treat the invisible wounds alongside healthcare networks within Massachusetts and across the country. Felicia was responsible for the initial planning, project management and implementation of what is now the Home Base Center of Excellence, Intensive Clinical Program.
A Combat Veteran of OEF, prior to coming to Home Base, serving as Massachusetts’ first Executive NCO Felicia ushered in several programs that shifted policy within the Army National Guard. Including the Adjutants General Non-Profit Alliance and the creation of online military resource training for Massachusetts Soldiers and Airmen.
Felicia has an Executive MBA from Suffolk University, is a recipient of the UMASS Boston Lifetime Achievement Award for Community Service, the Combat Action Badge and the Meritorious Service Medal.
