Brendan McCaffrey is a Boston native, born and raised in West Roxbury, Massachusetts graduating from Matignon High School in 2009. Brendan served in the United States Marine Corps from 2009 – 2013 as a field radio operator with 5^th Battalion, 11^th Marines, deploying to Afghanistan twice and eventually being promoted to the rank of Sergeant. Upon his return to Boston, Brendan received his Bachelors and Masters of Sport Management at Lasell College while founding and operating a strength and conditioning facility, Boston Strength and Conditioning and serving as the National Partnership Director at Lift for the 22.  Prior to joining Home Base, Brendan worked as the Military Recruiter at Wayfair, assisting Wayfair becoming an employer of choice for veterans and military spouses.
