Barnaby Cylien is a native of Cambridge, MA, who served in the United States Air Force (2003 – 2007) specializing in financial management and the USAF Reserves (2007 – 2009) as an Air Transportation Specialist. A graduate of UMass Boston (Bachelor of Science, Management), he comes to us from the Department of Transitional Assistance, where he specialized in assisting families experiencing food insecurity via the Supplemental Nutritional Assistance program (SNAP). Prior to that, Barnaby was employed by the Department of Veteran Affairs, starting as a Travel Pay Technician for the Bedford, MA VA Medical Center in 2010 and ending as a Financial Management Specialist for the Veterans Benefits Administration in Boston in 2016.

Barnaby, now residing in Malden, MA, loves animals & currently cares for his two rescue dogs, Diesel & Nola. You can also find him performing as a professional wrestler locally in New England area under the name HARDWORK Barnaby Combs.
