Home Base is thrilled to welcome Adrian Lerma to the Home Base Arizona team as the new Associate Director of Development! Born and raised on the Navajo Nation, Adrian’s roots and values deeply inform her commitment to community-driven impact. Her clans are Naakai Dine’é, born for Naash’t’éezhí Tábaahá. Her maternal grandparents are Tł’izhíłání and her paternal grandparents are Táchiinii.

Adrian brings over 13 years of leadership in the nonprofit sector, including more than five years of experience in fundraising and development. She has a strong background in annual giving coordination, multi-channel fundraising, stewardship, and cross-functional collaboration in academic settings. Adrian is especially skilled in building meaningful relationships with funders and individual donors who believe in the power of philanthropy to drive change.
