Will Cooper is an Administrative Manager for the Traumatic Brain Injury, Brain Health Service and Warrior Health and Fitness initiatives.  Will is also tasked with new business development and Home Base strategic project management.  Prior to joining Home Base, Will managed global investment sales trading teams and provided technology implementation for the institutional finance community at Bridgewater Associates, Bear Stearns and State Street.

Will’s commitment to the Home Base mission spurs from a connection to family and friends within the veteran community during his early years in Mississippi, as well as his continued support of military programs. He volunteers at various non-profits in Cambridge and Costa Rica, assisting with finance, strategy and process management challenges. Over the last few years, he has also mentored high school students completing IB degrees and preparing others for their next phases of learning. Will earned his Master of Business Administration from the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern and his BBA from Mississippi State University.
