Jacque Francona has been involved with the Home Base Program since its inception in 2009 and joined the staff as a member of the Family Outreach Team in August 2012. Jacque works with family members participating in clinical programs at Home Base as well as in the community. She is a certified instructor for Resilient Warrior, Resilient Family, and Resilient Youth. A native of Tucson, Arizona Jacque earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Arizona and worked as a RN in the medical-surgical and home health fields before devoting herself full time to raising her four children.
Francona became military-connected when her son joined the Marine Corps after graduating from college. One son-in-law is also a Marine vet. Her youngest daughter and her husband currently serve as active-duty sailors in the USN. This sudden immersion in military culture fueled a passion to fuse this experience with her health care background to serve military families.
When not working at Home Base, you can find her on a tennis court, in the garden, or chasing grandkids.
