What is the New England Warrior Health and Fitness Program?

The New England Warrior Health and Fitness (WHF) Program combines the expertise and excellence of the Massachusetts General Hospital Sports Medicine Department, Boston Red Sox, Red Sox Foundation and Home Base. The program is dedicated to helping Veterans, Service Members, and their Families achieve their health and wellness goals through evidence-based exercise prescriptions, nutrition guidance, mindset coaching and social connections.

The ultimate goal of the WHF Program is to empower Warriors to take control of their physical well-being, provide tools to help manage stress and provide a portal for more complex care for those in need of treatment for the invisible wounds.

Participants benefit from working in partnership with medical providers to make informed choices that promote lifelong health, while simultaneously forming a new community through shared group experiences in a team atmosphere designed around positive competition.
