Mary O’Meara, RN

Mary has extensive registered nursing experience during her 30+ years at MGH caring for patients with traumatic brain injury, cerebral vascular accident, spinal cord injury, brain cancer and neuromuscular movement disorders. Mary’s experience includes 18 years as a registered nurse in MGH Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit, serving as a clinical nurse in the care of patients with brain tumors, both adult and pediatric, at the MGH Pappas Center for Neuro-oncology . Mary holds certification as a registered nurse for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. Mary maintains professional affiliations with the American Association of Neuroscience Nurses, the American Association of Post Anesthesia Care Nurses and the Oncology Nursing Society.
