Alexis Michaud

Alexis Michaud is an advanced practicum student in Clinical Psychology at Home Base. Alexis earned her Masters degree in Clinical Psychology at Suffolk University and is currently in her fourth year at Suffolk University for her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. Alexis has clinical training experience at the Suffolk Counseling Center and the Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders. Alexis has experience working with adults with a variety of diagnostic presentations, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. Alexis is trained in a variety of evidence-based treatments, including CBT-I, CBT, ACT, DBT, and the Unified Protocol. Alexis has also worked in a research capacity at Dana Farber Cancer Institute, where she served as a clinical research coordinator on a variety of psychological studies for cancer survivors, including studies on sleep and trauma. Alexis is currently developing a single session intervention for transdiagnostic anxiety disorders in the cancer survivor population for her dissertation.
