Home Base Texas is dedicated to healing the invisible wounds of war for Veterans, Service Members, Military Families and Families of the Fallen in Texas at no cost to them.

We are excited to announce that our newest clinic at the Menninger Clinic in Houston — the first private-sector clinic in the city dedicated to healing the invisible wounds of war for our Warriors and their Families — is opening in May 2025.

Clinical Programs

Texas Outpatient Care

Mental health services for the treatment of invisible wounds such as post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety and depression at Menninger Clinic in Houston and via telehealth throughout Texas.

National Intensive Clinical Program

A two-week outpatient program that offers an accelerated course of treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder and/or traumatic brain injury. While based in Boston, all care, transportation, meals and lodging are provided at no cost to the participant.
