In addition to the treatment and support provided at our Boston clinic, Home Base offers a variety of wellness and fitness programs for Veterans and Service Members.
Our Warrior Health & Fitness Program is a FREE, six-month program designed to help Service Members and Veterans—men and women—in the Boston Metro-area improve their physical health and well-being through supervised physical exercise, education about healthy eating, living, sleep hygiene, stress management and the health benefits of physical activity. Participants receive FREE fitness evaluations, a tailored exercise program, yoga, mental skills coaching and most importantly, a new band of brothers and sisters.
Warrior Health & Fitness Program
Our Mind-Body offerings include a Resilient Warrior course, which engages Student Veterans and Service Members in a 6-week curriculum, delivered in a weekly 1.5-hour class. The course is designed to reduce the impact of stress through a variety of mind-body techniques as well as skill-building exercises scientifically shown to improve medical symptoms, mood, and well-being.

Join other Veterans and their Families at one of our FREE Adventure Series events, which help strengthen family bonds before, during and after military deployment. Explore a new sport, meet other Veterans and Military Families, and learn more about the clinical services, education, and research offered by Home Base. Events are open to both adaptive and able-bodied participants.
