For the past 14 years, Kensington has proudly supported Home Base Florida through our annual golf and family day—an event that has made a lasting impact on the lives of local Veterans and Military Families. Recently renamed the General Fred Franks Golf and Family Day in honor of General Franks’ extraordinary legacy and leadership, this beloved tradition reflects our enduring commitment to those who serve.

Due to ongoing club renovations, this year’s event will look a little different—but the mission remains the same.

Instead of gathering in person, we’re excited to launch a Veterans Day Campaign, running now through November 11th. This new format gives our community the continued opportunity to honor and support Florida Veterans—just as you’ve done so faithfully for more than a decade.

Home Base Florida remains steadfast in its mission to heal the invisible wounds of war for Veterans, Service Members, and their Families. And thanks to your ongoing generosity, the Kensington community continues to play a vital role in that mission.
